Bend Farmers Market is blossoming into one of Oregon’s leading farm–direct marketplaces, bringing together growers and producers with people who hunger for fresh, local, healthful foods and agricultural goods. The Market occurs once a week downtown in the Brooks Street Alley-way behind the Tower Theater. We’ve also continued to reach out to the community as the first farmers market in Oregon to launch a Farm to School program.

Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show
Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to educate and inspire the public about the art of quilting and to benefit the school and community groups of Sisters and Central Oregon. We do that through a series of annual events, most notably the largest outdoor Quilt Show in the world held on the second Saturday of July.

Bend Brew Fest
Brewfest celebrates beer! This year’s event offers more than 140+ distinct craft beers for public tasting from 60+ breweries. The 10th annual Bend Brewfest focuses on tasting and enjoying fine craft beers as well as great food. Bend Brewfest runs Thursday-Sunday, August 15-17 at the Les Schwab Amphitheater.
First time breweries for 2013 include local Rat Hole Brewing, Smith Rock Brewing and Worthy Brewing Co as well as Rogue Brewing, Oskar Blues Brewery, Logsdon Farmhouse Ales, Base Camp Brewing and Rusty Truck Brewing Co. and many more.
Free Music in Drake Park All Summer
Enjoying its 23rd anniversary in 2013, the Drake Park Munch & Music free concert series continues to be a summertime favorite. Founded by Cameron Clark, owner of C3 Events, the weekly series provides the community of Central Oregon with a great chance to strengthen their bond while enjoying the arts, outstanding food and free music.
Bend Classic Car Show
One of Bend’s most popular summer traditions is the fabulous classic car show in Drake Park. Also known as the Flashback Cruz, over 400 colorful, restored vehicles 1974 and older with registration are on display throughout Drake Park. JP and the Soul Searchers Band was the featured band on Friday night in Drake Park Pavilion. Hula Hoop, Limbo, and other games provided added family entertainment.
